InXpress is a sales-driven company that supports small and medium-sized businesses in the U.S. with its international and domestic shipping discounts and outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Sales Professional to join our team.

You’ll be using a consultative, multi-channel (phone and email) outreach, so a persistent and positive individual who actively seeks out and engages while maintaining a focus on the end goal of advancing the conversations to close the sale.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit –who takes full responsibility for their work and performance without needing to be reminded to take action. Intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for hunting new businesses are keys to success in this role.

Sales:
– Intellectual aptitude to gain a thorough understanding of the products and market to build one’s confidence when handling sales conversations.
– Attain and surpass sales goals with the proven ability to advance the sale and build customer relationships to maintain and expand the customer base.
– Cold calling, Outbound and Inbound calling to prospective customers
– Create quotes and personalized pricing proposals for prospective clients.
– Able to Follow Up With Prospective Customers Continually and Consistently
– Customer Onboarding and Tools Training

Retention:
-Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
– Up-sell additional solutions to current customers
– Quote and process shipments for current customers

Account Management
– Platform Training, Walkthrough, and Assistance
– Basic Shipping and Account Enquiries

Requirements
– 2+ years of Business To Business Sales experience
– Background in shipping and logistics a PLUS
– Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
– Hungry and ready to learn and grow
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– English proficiency, both written and verbal
-l Willing to work U.S Time Zone(Central), Full Time (40 hours +)
– Strong desire for a career in sales

System and Hardware Requirements
– Stable high-speed internet
– Laptop or Desktop computer
– Headset/microphone (preferably noise canceling)

Compensation:
– Base monthly salary + Commission
– Commission is residual and UNCAPPED! (meaning each account continues to pay you every time they use our service)
