The B2B sales person reports to STM Goods Team Lead. The scope of services for a B2B sales person in the Philippines may include, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential B2B customers within the Philippines market that may benefit from IT accessories.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and potential clients’ needs.
Build a database of leads and prospects for targeted outreach.
2. Client Outreach and Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, such as email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
Arrange product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the range of IT accessories available.
Actively listen to clients’ requirements and propose suitable IT accessory solutions.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentations:
Develop a deep understanding of the IT accessories offered by the company.
Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to highlight the features and benefits of the products.
Address client inquiries and provide technical support, if required.
4. Sales Negotiation and Deal Closing:
Engage in sales negotiations to find mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
Close deals and secure sales contracts for IT accessories.
5. Account Management:
Foster strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly.
6. Market Insights and Feedback:
Stay updated on the latest IT trends and innovations relevant to accessories.
Gather feedback from clients about product performance, quality, and suggestions for improvement.
Share market insights with the STM Goods team lead
7. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and deals using tools provided
Prepare regular sales reports, performance updates, and sales forecasts.
Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and track progress.
Provide Gap plans and contingencies in the event of a miss in targets
8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the logistics and support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer assistance.
9. Targets:
The B2B Sales person is required to meet a 160,000 US Dollar revenue target (this figure is based on STM Distributor purchase prices) over the 3 months of this contract.
10. Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
