We are based in Melbourne, Australia and work with clients from Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK and parts of Asia.
Who We’re Looking For
Join Flowstate as an Appointment Setter and be part of a dynamic team that drives NEW business revenue through lead generation and follow-up strategies.

As an experienced Appointment Setter, your main mission will be to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and secure bookings for closing calls. Your efforts will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate valuable conversations with NEW potential clients through effective lead generation techniques.
Engage with leads who did not initially close and follow up to recoup their interest and rebook appointments.

We are seeking candidates who can work within the AEST & PST time zones. Successful candidates will be available to work from 9am to 5pm (Mon-Fri) and are expected to respond promptly to any inbound leads within 5 minutes, as this is a vital Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the role.

This is a fully remote-working position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space.

Your role as the first point of contact with potential clients is crucial in providing them with an upbeat, positive, and memorable experience with Flowstate. Your exceptional sales skills, coupled with excellent people and project management abilities, will ensure that you contribute significantly to the growth of our client base.

Key Qualifications:
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Own computer and a reliable internet connection.
Past sales experience (mandatory) with a track record of success.
Prior experience with GoHighLevel is advantageous (but not mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients and exhibit integrity in all interactions.
