You’ll be representing the first company in America (and the world) bringing the dried miracle berry to retail stores!

The platform you’ll be using is Faire and the job consists of B2B outreach by phone, email, Whatsapp and dm.
It’s identifying and selling to retail outlets that aren’t just family oriented around food and beverage but health and wellness too!

Requirements:
True excitement for the product and mission
Mastery of English vocabulary – speaking and writing
Quick learner, positive attitude, energetic, detail oriented and motivated by opportunity
Fanatical about growth and goal setting – make the goal, hit the goal, reset the goal
B2B Sales experience – farming leads, making contact, closing the sale, following up
Must have experience getting credit card numbers over the phone
High-speed internet connection and backup plans in case of power outages
Ability to demonstrate reliable phone connection and computer memory
Expectations:
Perform a sample assignment
Take a personality test
Interview via Zoom / Skype
Day 1 orientation and training
Differentiate between weekly, priority (P0-P3) and evergreen tasks
Follow SOPs with top tools like Faire, Hubstaff, Slack, WhatApp, Dropbox, Google Suite, Loom and OBS
Participate in EOD emails, weekly calls, monthly and quarterly reviews
Follow the rules and abide by the strike system – in one month can not have more than five strikes
