**Key Responsibilities:**

– Videographer Recruitment: Onboard talented videographers, fostering strong relationships and supporting the onboarding process.
– Business Contract Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and secure contracts with businesses seeking video production services.

**Requirements:**
– Fluent in English.
– Previous B2B sales experience.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
