Position Type: Remote, full-time
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 9:30am-5:30pm (EST time zone)

I. Responsibilities:

– Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales activities, including lead generation, email marketing, and cold-calling potential clients to present our products/services and convert leads into customers.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Implement email marketing strategies to engage prospects and maintain communication with existing clients.
– Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain accurate customer records.
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to address questions, concerns, and resolve issues.
– Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
– Prepare and present sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the management team.

II. Requirements:

– Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, lead generation, email marketing, and cold-calling.
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
– Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
– Quick learner and adaptable to new sales techniques and strategies.
– Available to work during regular business hours in the EST time zone.
