Position: B2B Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: While a lot of lead generation will be done by our team, you will still need to identify and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
• Business Contract Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and secure contracts with businesses seeking video production services.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Cold Calling: Regularly call potential clients to introduce our services and set up appointments.
• Email Campaigns: Create and execute targeted email campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
• CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain up-to-date records.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM software.
• Experience with email marketing and cold outreach techniques.
Compensation:
• $5.25 per hour plus 1% commission on sales.
• After three months of good performance, the pay will increase to $6.25 per hour, and the commission will be negotiable.
• Additional incentives and opportunities for growth.
