Job Overview:
As a B2B Sales Representative for our beauty company, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with business clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our range of beauty products and services to businesses within the beauty and wellness industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the beauty market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and prospect potential business clients within the beauty and wellness industry.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and business objectives.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
Sales and Presentation:

Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our beauty products.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products/services.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty industry.
Strong understanding of beauty and wellness market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge of beauty products and services is a plus.
