As we prepare to launch our 2024 Pilot Program, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team and focus specifically on the higher education sector.

Job Description:
As a B2B Sales Representative at Kaiden AI, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving sales for our 2024 Pilot Program. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with key decision-makers at colleges and universities, introducing them to our AI solutions and securing their participation in our pilot program.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within higher education institutions through research and outreach, focusing on colleges and universities.
– Cold Outreach: Conduct cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to generate interest and schedule meetings with decision-makers in higher education.
– Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their specific needs and positioning Kaiden AI’s solutions effectively.
– Product Demos: Arrange and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Kai, tailored to the needs of higher education institutions.
– Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads within the higher education sector, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress in the CRM system.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends in higher education.
– Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue specific to the higher education sector.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the EdTech or higher education sector.
– Strong understanding of the higher education market and its unique challenges and needs.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with key decision-makers at colleges and universities.
– Ability to conduct effective cold outreach and articulate the value of Kaiden AI’s solutions to higher education institutions.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
