Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong business relationships with our corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their specific business requirements. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be instrumental in securing successful sales deals and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
Close deals with prospective clients endorsed by the appointment setters
Conduct thorough market research to understand clients’ needs, competition, and industry trends.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Present and demonstrate our digital marketing services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in business to business sales, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate complex concepts to clients.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and web analytics tools.
Ability to understand clients’ business objectives and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development in the digital marketing field.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
