Job Overview:

As the Corporate Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our business-to-business (B2B) relationships, ensuring seamless order processing, providing exceptional customer service, and driving corporate account growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end order processing for B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Deliver superior customer service through email and phone communications with business clients.
Handle day-to-day invoicing for current and past orders, ensuring financial transactions are executed efficiently.
Coordinate regular updates to our online store, including content management, email templates, and lead generation initiatives.
Educate and qualify potential customers about our corporate safety program through proactive outreach efforts.
Follow up on leads, facilitate order placements via phone and email, and nurture client relationships.
Proactively engage with potential clients in the sales funnel to drive business growth.
Demonstrate a quick learning curve and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with online project management tools.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in North American English.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Availability to work during US business hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) is essential.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment free from distractions.
Fully equipped computer setup with a headset for remote work.
