Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven B2C Salesperson to join our team at . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our mission by connecting with individual parents and students, introducing them to our transformative educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will utilize a provided script to engage with potential customers, address their questions, and inspire them to embark on a journey of personal and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential customers (parents and students) through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, utilizing the provided script as a foundation for effective interactions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ’s educational programs and be able to articulate their value proposition and benefits to potential customers.
Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative conversations with customers to understand their goals, aspirations, and needs, and provide tailored recommendations based on their interests.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Enrollment Support: Guide customers through the enrollment process, assisting them with registration, payment, and any required documentation.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to ensure a smooth experience and address any post-enrollment questions or concerns.
Sales Reporting: Document customer interactions, updates, and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine sales strategies, share customer insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the education sector or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Empathetic and customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Passion for education and a genuine interest in fostering personal and leadership growth in students.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure based on sales performance.
