Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain back end components and services using Python and Django.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front end functionality.
Collaborate with front end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications are current and competitive.
Requirements:
Proven 5-10 years experience as a Back End Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in Python and Django framework.
Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they integrate with back end services.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) development and deployment.
