BACK END DEVELOPER (Expert in GO and Python 3)

Back End Developer
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our well-structured and organized team. This role included expertise in Modular and Scalable Architecture, Docker and Containerization, Code Quality and Best Practices and Continuous Integration and Deployment. As a candidate you must have skills in Performance Optimization, Troubleshooting, Team Collaboration, Client and Stakeholder Interaction and Learning and Adaptability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform exploratory data analysis on client data to assess data quality and suitability for specific use cases.
Engage in discussions with clients to understand and effectively address their business problems.
Design, build and test data ETL pipelines using a combination of pre-built components and custom scripts as required.
Develop scripts and create dashboards tailored to client needs.
Create and maintain project documentation alongside internal documentation as required.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and suggest improvements for efficient project delivery.
Identify opportunities to optimise data processing and cleansing procedures.
Provide occasional training to clients, partners or internal teams.
Advising to junior colleagues with complicated situations and teach them.
Be an Advisor for management and our clients how to use data to have a better impact on business.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Can work with GO and Python 3 using static typing and an object-oriented programming paradigm. Knowing how to write automated tests.
Basic knowledge of the SOLID principles and OOP design patterns.
Basic Docker knowledge is also a must. Experience with Kubernetes would be a big plus.
Expertise in this skills is a an advanatage: SQLAlchemy, Flask, AsyncIO, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Docker, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, AWS S3, AWS SES, ApiAry.
English on a communication level.
