Role and Responsibilities:

As a Back End & Technical Support Specialist at [Insert company name], you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our clients’ web infrastructure. This includes:

Managing servers and ensuring their availability and stability.
Configuring and troubleshooting web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
Managing databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Monitoring server performance and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Providing technical support to clients via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web hosting, email, SSL, DNS, and other web-related services.
Working with web developers to ensure the smooth integration of their applications into our clients’ web infrastructure.
Keeping up-to-date with emerging web technologies and best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Back End & Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of web servers such as Apache and Nginx.
Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with email servers, SSL, DNS, and other web-related services.
Understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems and command line tools.
Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies such as Docker.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and produce high-quality work.
