Job Description

Support Nest Disability Services is seeking a highly organised and energetic Virtual Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Australian HR and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include providing administrative and back office support to our team members, as well as assisting with various tasks related to case and client management
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative and back office support to team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
– Assist with Australian HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
– Organise and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects and presentations.
Assist with case management tasks, including monitoring client progress, coordinating services, and maintaining accurate records.
– Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
– Handle incoming enquiries and requests on all channels and liaise in respective departments professionally and on time.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
– Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
– Uphold the values and mission of Support Nest Disability Services in all interactions and tasks.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a virtual or administrative assistant, preferably in a similar industry.
– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
– Experience in Australian HR practices and regulations is highly desirable.
– Familiarity with case management processes and procedures is an advantage in the healthcare and support industry.
– High level of professionalism and integrity.
