We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Back Office Assistant for our Project Management Team. This remote role involves providing crucial support to our project management initiatives, emphasizing strong written and verbal English skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of project-related information.
Contractor position, remote, reports to Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Database Management
Accurately input project-related data into relevant systems and databases.
Regularly update and maintain project databases to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
Project Management ‘Basecamp Page’ Setup:
Create and set up Basecamp pages for various projects, ensuring that they are organized and accessible to the project management team.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary project documentation and communication channels are appropriately configured within Basecamp.
Spreadsheet and System Updates:
Assist in the regular update of project-related spreadsheets, tracking progress, timelines, and key milestones.
Ensure that project management systems and tools are kept up-to-date with the latest information.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the Development Manager and the project team as needed.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to project updates and progress.
Email Correspondences
Respond to client emails including answering questions, organizing client materials, and working with our team to give detailed answers
Experience & Skills
2-3 years of customer service
Prior experience in data entry, database management, or similar roles is preferred.
Familiarity with project management tools, especially Basecamp, is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team.
