About the Company: Our company is the largest fire equipment testing company in the United States. We
work with local fire departments across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest United States, to test their
equipment (primarily fire hoses, ground ladders, and pumps) to ensure they meet all performance and
safety requirements.
It has been growing every year. Last year, we increased our business by over 100% and this year
we are striving to continue growing our team and abilities to ensure we can meet all our customer’s
needs. In order to continue growing, we need additional support in hiring and managing our team.

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Back-Office Accounting Support to
join our team and assist with the seamless execution of our back-office operations. In this role, you will
play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes, specifically focusing on
customer invoicing, generating customer reports, and providing light bookkeeping support. Your
commitment to accuracy, organization, and effective communication will contribute to maintaining our
high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the existing team to seamlessly integrate into the back-office operations
? Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance
with company policies and customer agreements
? Compile and prepare customer reports, summarizing relevant information for internal and
external stakeholders
? Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions and reconciling
accounts
? Maintain meticulous records of invoices, reports, and financial data for future reference and
audits
? Identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues in invoicing or financial records and
collaborate on solutions
? Provide ongoing support to ensure the continued success of the back-office processes
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in a similar back-office support role or related administrative position
? Familiarity with invoicing procedures, basic bookkeeping principles, and financial record-keeping
? Proficiency in using relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
Outlook, Quickbooks)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving tasks and
responsibilities
