The Opportunity

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Integration Implementation Specialist to join our growing solar and renewable professional services team. The Implementation Specialist will gain detailed knowledge of our world class Scoop® mobile-work Process Management and Automation (mPMA) and GLOO™ integration as a service (iPaaS) platforms as well as our target industries (Solar, Wind, EV, Battery Storage etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing scripts, importing data, configuring software tools and testing to ensure that everything is working correctly and data is valid for our customers’ integration solutions. The role requires a strong focus on quality, reliability and attention to detail.
This is a full-time contractor position and involves primarily working on back-office integration tasks, interfacing with TPMs (Technical Project Managers), creating integration scripts, testing and verifying them, and delivering the integrated solutions.
Although there may be occasional client-facing responsibilities, the main focus is on executing the work and ensuring attention to detail, reliability, and quality.

About You

You are an experienced Integration Implementation Specialist who thrives in managing the implementation of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) platform connections for clients. Your primary focus is on delivering seamless integration experiences for small to mid-market companies across the solar, EV charging, and battery storage sectors, as well as larger/enterprise customers. You understand that successful implementation involves interfacing with clients and the internal development team, which is why your excellent communication skills and technical expertise are critical to the success of the process.

You are passionate about understanding API documentation and have a deep understanding of the logical workflows required to ensure successful implementation.
As the Implementation Specialist, you are able to document, review and verify the logical steps of integration workflows as you interface with the development team, ensuring that the implementation process runs smoothly and meets the client’s requirements.

As the implementation specialist you will work directly with Technical Project Managers in our team who will provide you with requirements and specifications (integration stories) from customers. You will be responsible for designing, developing and testing integration scripts or modifying existing ones to achieve the required integration requirements.
You are a problem solver at heart and are always looking for ways to improve processes and ensure a seamless integration experience for clients. You have an eye for detail and understand that successful implementation requires a deep understanding of the logical workflows involved. Overall, you are committed to delivering excellent service and exceeding client expectations, making you an ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity.
