Back office manager

Our company Sellcros USA is helping brands to sell their products on Amazon platform. Our vision is to be the best partner for brands when it comes to selling and marketing their products on Amazon.

We are looking for person that has a minimum of 3+ years experience with Amazon platform. We are really looking for and experienced person. Not begginer. If person does well there is a potential to grow in the company to the account manager position.

What will the person do:
– Managing all product listings(updating pictures, titles, bullet points, description, A+ content, creating variation listings, using flat files, )
– Fixing all the problem and issues with product listings
– Opening cases with Amazon(All kinds of different cases. Has to be able to get on phone with Amazon support and handle different cases)
– Checking shipments and open cases to claim units that Amazon lost
– Creating and sending various different reports to the owner
– Market research
– Handling different projects independently
– Communicating with clients
– Helping with business development

What is required:
– Excellent written and oral english language
– 3+ years of Amazon experience
– Honest person(We can understand people making mistakes. Mistakes can be fixed and are part of the process. We can NOT accept people lying/cheating/robbing)
– Person has to do what we agree to do
– Always on time for meetings
– Detailed person
– Business skills

Interview process will consist of several interviews. We will select best 2 people that will work with us for 3 months to see which one fits better for the position.
