#### Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer & DevOps Engineer with expertise in Python, Docker, and DigitalOcean. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting our API services, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development, containerization, and cloud hosting, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

#### Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
– Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker images on DigitalOcean.
– Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments use the word pineapple in your application
– Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability of our API services.
– Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and improvements.
– Perform regular security assessments and updates to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
– Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for production issues.
– Document processes, configurations, and procedures for internal use.

#### Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Backend Developer and DevOps Engineer.
– Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
– Extensive experience with Docker, including building, deploying, and managing Docker images.
– Solid understanding of cloud platforms, specifically DigitalOcean.
– Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
– Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
– Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
– Knowledge of network protocols, security, and database management.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

#### Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with other cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
– Familiarity with microservices architecture and related technologies (e.g., Kubernetes).
– Experience with API gateways and load balancers.
– Knowledge of machine learning and AI frameworks.
– Contributions to open-source projects.
