We are seeking a skilled Backend Web Developer and Automation Expert to create an automated solution that will enhance our customer response process and streamline lead data management. This role involves developing a chatbot to handle customer inquiries with predefined messages, extracting lead data from emails sent by a lead generation platform, and integrating this data with our goHighLevel CRM for seamless follow-up communication.

Responsibilities:

– Chatbot Development: Design and develop a chatbot to automatically respond to customer inquiries using predefined messages.
– Email Parsing: Implement email parsing to capture and extract lead data, such as names and contact details, from incoming emails. These emails will be received from a lead generation platform that shares leads via email, and the data must be accurately extracted to ensure effective follow-up.
– CRM Integration: Integrate the extracted lead data with the goHighLevel CRM for efficient lead management.
– Automation Setup: Set up automated workflows to transfer data from the email parser to the CRM and trigger customer communications (emails/SMS) through goHighLevel.
– Workflow Automation: Utilize tools like Pabbly Connect or develop a custom solution to automate the workflow and ensure smooth data transfer and communication.
– Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the chatbot and automation processes function seamlessly and troubleshoot any issues.
– Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-deployment to ensure continued functionality and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in backend web development and automation.
– Proficiency in email parsing and data extraction techniques.
– Experience with CRM systems, especially goHighLevel.
– Familiarity with automation tools like Pabbly Connect or the ability to develop custom solutions.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Knowledge of webhook setup and integration.
– Background in AI and machine learning.
