Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative
Location: Remote (Prospects mainly in Canada, also in Australia)

Responsibilities:
– Use our extensive directory to identify and contact real estate agents across Canada.
– Present our social media management service as a valuable and essential tool for establishing trust and attracting potential clients.
– Build relationships, overcome objections, and close deals with real estate agents interested in our service.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
– Collaborate with our team to share insights, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
– A passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
– Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-only position.
– Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
