Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative basic video editing assistant to support a real estate agent in producing high-quality marketing videos for potential properties. The primary responsibility of this role is to edit raw video footage provided by the real estate agent and enhance it to create engaging content for investors. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in video editing software, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

* Receive raw video footage from the real estate agent and review project requirements.
* Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, cutting, and arranging clips as needed using DaVinci Resolve.
* Incorporate simple transitions, text overlays, and music to enhance video quality.
* Ensure video content aligns with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with the real estate agent to understand specific preferences and requirements for each video project.
* Revise and refine video edits based on feedback from the real estate agent.
* Deliver edited videos in a timely manner, meeting deadlines for marketing campaigns and property promotions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in basic video editing, preferably in a real estate or marketing context.
* Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for basic video editing tasks.
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and basic video composition techniques.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing style.
* Creative mindset with the ability to enhance video content within the limitations of basic editing tools.
