Pro Seller Marketing is a rising company in the e-commerce digital marketing space, managing brand and manufacturer presence on all major Amazon markets and . We have a proven process to help sellers drive traffic to their listings and boost conversions.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your main role is to engage Amazon sellers through personalized video messages, offering quick reviews and suggestions to improve their listings. You’ll also follow up to secure booked meetings via emails & calls, and manage lead lists using various tools.
Pay Structure:
– Pay Per Video (5+ mins): $2 / video
– Meeting Booked Bonus: $20 per appointment
– No Shows: -$10
– Regained Appointment: $10
Expectations/Scope:
1. Send a minimum of 12 videos daily.
2. Book 1 call per week.
3. Call 10-15 prospects to follow up daily.
4. Track outputs accurately.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working with Amazon sellers or in the e-commerce industry.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficient with CRM software and sales tracking tools (GHL & Hubspot).
– Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
– High level of integrity and work ethic.
– Comfortable using technology and learning new software tools.
