Be a call center/sales agent in your own home!

We are a Canadian-based professional residential and commercial cleaning company looking for a full-time, home-based Booking Coordinator to work in our customer support & sales department.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls to secure cleaning jobs for us.
3. Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
4. Provide service quotes & make sure to do a follow up with the leads.
5. Book new jobs, reschedule &/or update service jobs in our booking calendar system.
6. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
and/or alternatives
7. Work closely with our Cleaning Service Providers (CSPs), take Customer feedback about particular CSPs in order to better assign them to jobs whether on a team or solo. Understand which jobs suit certain CSPs better. This will take some time to learn the team and understand their strong suits

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills.
Our office hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm
Your work hours will vary as we are hiring 2 people for this role to assist each other. We can alternate shifts between both Agents but on busy days and weeks you may be asked to work from open to close.

A typical shift for you would be a Sunday to Saturday work week and start at 9:00am and end at 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time. This is assuming your colleague Agent #2 clocks in to relieve you. On busier weeks both Agents will be expected to work simultaneously.

$4.50/hr. to start, with raises every 6 months, and performance bonuses every 3 months

call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, & SMS as well as trained on our booking software which is currently Booking Koala.
