Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Dr. Sister Skincare.

You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels. Your mission will be to ensure that every customer’s experience with our products and brand is exceptional.

Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
– Provide knowledgeable and empathetic assistance to customers regarding our skincare products, order status, and other related inquiries
– Address and resolve customer complaints, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible
– Monitor and engage with comments and private messages on our social media platforms to maintain a positive online presence
– Collaborate with our internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
– Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, gather feedback, and identify trends to improve our services

Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers across various channels
– Strong social media management skills, with the ability to handle comments and private messages in a professional and courteous manner
– A genuine interest in skincare products and the ability to convey product knowledge to customers effectively
– Empathetic and patient demeanor to handle customer concerns with care and understanding
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in resolving customer issues
– Proficient in using CRM software and various communication platforms

Working Hours: This is a full-time remote position, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday

Compensation: We offer a competitive starting monthly salary of US$850
