Hi there! We are hiring a Virtual Professional with management experience (experience managing a team) to work as an executive admin for a client; assist in managing and overseeing the majority of the admin aspect of the operation so the key company members and business owner can focus on the bigger aspect of the company. We need someone who has managed a team in the past and has a good understanding of data analysis, not just good with putting together a report.

COMPENSATION:
Salary: $4/hour. Pay is processed twice monthly. Paid Time Off is discussed after 6 months. You are also OFF on Company Holidays (not US Holidays). We give pay increases based on performance.
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40hours), fixed 2days off

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership
• Experience in developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
• Familiar with any of the following: Asana/Trello//Airtable
• Comfortable with excel and numbers; analyzing and understanding reports
• Creating strategies and policies for company growth
• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (Microsoft platform, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft
Word, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Forms)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (eg: Google Calendar)
• Knowledge of email, and file management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Knowledge about CRMs, and basic VA tools
• A stable internet connection for video calls
• Excellent time-management skills
• Noise-canceling headset
