Job Description

We are a US-based VA Agency looking for a part-time, home-based SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT/MANAGER to work with!

Your daily Responsibilities would include:
1. Social Media inbox management; direct messaging prospective clients as well as replying to comments on social media posts
2. Content Creation; creating and posting content via all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more)
3. Update the CRM daily after each activity; including typing notes and scheduling appointments
4. Move the statuses/pipeline stage of the leads according to our protocol (will have onboarding training for this)
5. Relentless follow-ups with prospects
6. Follow Questionnaire “scripts” / ”guidelines” when speaking with a prospect
7. Send a daily report

Newbies are welcome but you do need to have EXCELLENT English skills.
Prior social media management experience especially in content creation, prospective follow-up, and appointment setting is a plus!
Any Team Lead/Management experience is also a plus.
It’s also important that you have basic computer skills as we will provide onboarding training to get you acquainted with our CRM. Also, high-speed internet is required.

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time (hours may be flexible depending on the demand of work from the Client)

US Hours:
9am – 5pm EST ~ 9pm – 5am PHST (Manila)
9am – 5pm CST ~ 10pm – 6am PHST (Manila)
9am – 5pm MST ~ 11pm – 7am PHST (Manila)
9am – 5pm PST ~ 12pm – 8am PHST (Manila)

You will qualify for 5 vacation leaves and 5 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
Job will follow US Holidays; you may request off for other days
