Property and Lettings Administrator

You will be part of an amazing team of dedicated people, eager to provide solutions to people’s problems. Working behind the scenes, you will be responsible for answering customer queries, actioning requests, liaising with clients, diary and meeting management and providing a great experience for our customers.
As long as you are a motivated individual, we will provide all the training and development required in order for you to thrive in your role.

Develop ongoing expertise in the business, by providing the best customer service to clients. This person will be required to use their initiative in challenging situations, leading to better solutions for a win-win.

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between: £3 to £4 GBP (£) per hour
This position is available from ASAP
This is a long term position
Provisional Schedule (negotiable):10am – 12pm UK Monday to Friday, these hours will increase as your training progresses
You will be available for at least: 10 hours per week, these hours will increase as your training progresses
We will pay you weekly
Paid leave is included, we give 1 days paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public holidays
We offer performance related bonuses
We offer end of year bonuses
We give all our long term staff maternity and paternity leave
