Job Description

Qualifications:

-Experienced leading a Customer Service team
-A Perfect English level is required
-Available 40/50 Hours per week
-A Player, looking to earn and grow A LOT as the company does
-Very skilled at Building and Managing a team
-Very good at teaching and training a team
-Not working for other companies(not even part time)

The Job:

At the beginning, the job will consist of handling all of the customer support tickets on your own, as we are still working on the marketing and the daily sales volume is not high at the moment. You will be in charge of building systems, processes and all of the infrastructure that we are going to need as we scale the customer service team.

Then, as soon as the volume will require it, we will hire the first customer service rep that you will be managing, and as sales grow we will keep on adding people.

In this stage your responsibilities will obviously change and are going to be more and more on the management side, until we reach a point where you will only be managing the team.

Working Hours:

You will be working around 40/50 hours per week. We have not thought of a schedule yet, we are going to discuss it together with you in the next steps.

Salary and Equity:

Premise: We are looking to hire someone with huge goals, interested in constantly growing as an individual and to take the company to the financial goals that we have set. The Salary will be high, above market average. And if you continuously grow, and so do the performance of the team, as the company grows as well, the salary will be raised and there will be also an opportunity for equity in the company aside from a salary increase.

The Company:

We are a startup at its first stage. We are an e-commerce company, our market is the United States and we are in the hearing loss niche, currently building the infrastructure to scale the business.

The founder, already own another business making around 4M USD per year in Italy, but we are now taking it to the next level with this new brand.

We will hit 9 figures (100M USD+) per year by April 2027, and we are going to hit such rapid growth thanks to having an amazing product, cutting edge direct response marketing and an amazing team of growth-oriented A-players that want to become extremely wealthy with us.
