Be our graphic designer for our Amazon Kids Brand – Listings, Graphics, Products and Packaging

Looking for a savvy graphic designer to create graphics and listings for multiple platforms and type of graphics.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report to us via Mail with everything that has been done and daily challenges
2. Create graphic design content for our Amazon Listings, A+ Premium Content and help us make patterns and product development.
3. Work with our content team to design and conceptualize listings and graphics

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following
1. Graphic design experience to make Listings with models with physicals products, at best for Kids and Baby Products
2. Figma and Adobe Illustrator Experience
3. Flyer and Packaging Design Experience and Design Rules with given diecuts and color box mockups
4. Basic Product Design, like coloring in a Baby Bike to check what color fits best.
5. Designing Graphics and patterns to print on our products like animals, plants and so on in different styles.

We work in a fast-paced industry. So it’s really important that our VA would be:
– A fast learner
– Pays close attention to detail
– Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
– Gmail and other email applications
– Figma and Adobe Illustrator
– Product Design Patterns and Product Coloring
– Google Docs
– Google Sheets
– Google Drive
– Google Calendar
– ChatGPT4 Experience with Translating Text into Multiple Languages
– Amazon Listing Uploading as well as A+ Premium Content Creation and Brand Story
– Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
– Project management software (Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Evernote, Google Docs) ? We use ClickUp
– Time management or time tracking software (TimeProof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)

This is a part-time position with 20 hours. Mondays to Fridays, flexible hours, you can make your own daily working schedule. There’s an opportunity to transition to a full-time position upon mutual agreement when we are happy with the work and start making our own Listing and A+ Content.
We plan to make that transition in September 2024 as the first month of full-time work to start constructing our own listings and A+ Content for Amazon with additional work in Product Development.
Starting at 400 USD per month for part-time. Which will increase to Full-Time in September 2024 to 800 USD.

1. Please send a variety of graphics you have designed so far.
2. Send us an Amazon Listing and a Color Box you have made before.
3. Send us a photography of your workplace, your surroundings, your Setup with monitors and also of the laptop you are working with
4. Send us our Resume with a picture of you.
5. Send us some products that you have designed or some pattern prints or similar.
6. For the next round, we will give you 5 small tasks to check whether your style of work does fit to our baby and kids brand. We will pay for the completion if the test task within the given time frame of 5 days.

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
– 13th month salary this year, 2024 and every year from now
– Cash equivalent for leaves not taken
– Have off every year for the holiday season with compensation, just tell us 4 weeks up front before the holiday. We respect all Filipino holidays
