Your Responsibilities:
Branding and Social Media:
– Create visually appealing posters and graphics for captivating social media campaigns.
– Design, build, and maintain our social media presence on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
– Monitor and manage email marketing campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
– Curate engaging content and research trending topics for social media posts.
– Develop a content calendar for consistent and strategic posting.
Marketing Strategy and Analysis:
– Monitor and manage the Investor Portal via InvestNext.
– Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against set goals, including ROI and KPIs.
– Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
– Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies to drive digital marketing success.
– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
– Evaluate end-to-end customer experience and optimize user funnels.
– Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to achieve marketing objectives.
– Stay updated with emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for adoption to stay ahead in the market.
Video Updates and Blog Management:
– Create engaging video updates for investors, including market and investment updates.
– Ensure graphics align with the brand and maintain accuracy.
– Upload REA portal blogs twice a month to keep our content fresh and informative.
– Stay informed about AI tools that can streamline marketing tasks for efficiency.
Reporting and Communication:
– Report key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
– Provide thought leadership and perspective on adopting new technologies.
– Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Your Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics and posters for social media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, specifically ActiveCampaign.
Familiarity with real estate investor portals, preferably InvestNext.
Excellent research skills to curate engaging content for social media.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative growth strategies.
Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights.
Experience with funnel setup and management.
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in marketing.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including working with agencies and vendors.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of Asana and WordPress.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand alignment.
