Your role will involve chatting with the fans of our models and forming a rapport and connection with them while selling exclusive never seen before content including images and videos to the fan!
You will be required to follow the given scripts and directions to offer an extraordinary experience for our clients.

You will be working with a small highly-motivated team of individuals for a fast growing modeling agency that works with clients internationally.

Shift Available:

– 3AM – 11AM EST (4PM – 12AM PH)
– 9PM – 3AM EST (10AM – 4PM PH)

What you can expect as our Chat Agent at our Agency:

– Managing and maintaining relationships with fans of an influencer
– Messaging Fans to build a relationship
– Responding to inquiries from fans in a fun and engaging manner
– Promoting and selling exclusive content to fans
– Maintaining customer relationships and building a loyal fan base
– Tracking and reporting on sales and customer engagement

We are looking for someone who is:

-Fluent in English, written & spoken is required
-A people person. High level of empathy.
-Able to provide outstanding customer service to improve relationships with client
– Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers and build relationships
– A willingness to learn
– A high level of professionalism
-Can follow systems / checklists / Scripts that we have created, for flawless execution of tasks

-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Benefits?:

-$20 Signing Bonus!
-The salary is $2 per hour, plus a 2% commission on every sale, with bonuses available for targets and performance. The content you sell ranges from $100-$150
-Ability to increase Salary over time!
-Work from home
-This is a remote, Full-time position with flexible working hours of 6-8 hours per day, 6 days per week.

How does the onboarding process look like?:

4. The training content should be completed within 2 days
5. After you have completed the Training content there will be a little test, to see if you understand the concept and watched the training
