Job Description

[ knowledge not necessary for this role!]

**ABOUT US**

At Clay Bootcamp ( ), we’re a fast-paced growth- and learning-oriented team who **obsess** over creating incredible results for our students. In return, our students are obsessed with us!

We teach our students in North America and Europe how to use , a very in-demand tool for automating sales research, and creating AI-written emails that seem human.

Like Clay, is seeing rapid growth — and because we’re growing and changing so quickly, we’re looking for talented people to become coaches and work in a technical teaching role — you’ll master your craft and grow your brain while being part of a fast-paced team.

We’re continually testing, and discarding what doesn’t work, and doubling down on what does; we all are proactively working together to make the business better, stacking improvements upon each other — as a coach in a small team, you’ll be an important part of that :).

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We are looking for a **full-time** to-be Clay coach (40 hrs/wk, M-F … EST hours). Our coaches provide students with live video coaching via Zoom as well as some asynchronous support and feedback via Slack.

– Week 1- 4: You’ll learn Clay and adjacent tools full-time using our course material with the support of a coach (Flory or Mark). You will build a small project from scratch to apply your learnings.

– Week 5 onwards: After you graduate, you will be assigned 4 to 8 students, and will slowly grow your autonomy and skills as you get real world experience. Our students work in small to large companies and agencies across different industries, and usually have any of these roles: rev ops, lead gen, GTM, marketing ops. This will expose you to real world projects where you get to apply and refine your Clay knowledge and learn A LOT!

**WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AT CLAY BOOTCAMP**
