This role will play a pivotal part in our operations, offering the right candidate an opportunity to grow and shape the future of our brands.

Role Overview:

As our General VA, you’ll be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient behind-the-scenes support. This role demands a blend of technical know-how, a knack for SEO, and a willingness to dive into new software and tools. Your primary focus will be to maintain and update our WordPress sites using Elementor, enhance our online presence through effective SEO strategies, and contribute to our content creation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

-WordPress & Elementor Management: Make necessary edits and updates to our websites. While creation from scratch isn’t required, comfort with WordPress and Elementor is essential.
-SEO Optimization: Apply your SEO expertise to improve our search engine ranking and visibility. Experience with building citations and utilizing platforms like is highly desirable.
-Content Creation Support: Use our WordPress auto-blogger tool to generate new blog posts, contributing to our content marketing efforts.
-Software Adaptability: Be open to learning and mastering new software that will be integral to our operations.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in SEO and familiar with citation building.
-Comfortable with WordPress and Elementor. Ability to make edits and updates as needed.
-Eagerness to learn new software and tools.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and dedication.
-Experience with Timeproof or willingness to use it for tracking work hours.

Work Hours & Benefits:

This is a part-time role starting at 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time (up to 40 hours per week) for a self-motivated individual who can keep themselves productively engaged.
Flexible work hours—no specific working hours required.
Weekly payment every Monday via Wise.
