BEST Backend Marketing Manager NEEDED ASAP!

4. Here is why you don’t want the job… I’m crazy! I’m completely crazy and I have a million ideas in my head all the time. I usually do not filter them before talking to people and if you work with me as my Marketing manager, you will see even the filtered ideas!. And that will scare and intimidate most people I’m sure. It can be overwhelming.

In fact, I just made the decision to start this coaching program Jan 4, 2023. I’m launching March 20, 2023.

For example, I just decided to start a coaching business in early January. I’ve done a deep dive in the marketing and I am aiming to exponentially grow with a full blown advertising funnel that right now has not even been created nor tested.

You have to move faster than me, period! That is the floor. You know where I’m headed before I get there even. There is no program really built. You will be instrumental in creating this program from SOPs => PROCESS => SYSTEMS.

I am not the most organized person in the world but more organized than some. This means I need you to take care of the details for me so I can work on the BIG things! And only work on the BIG things! Here is an example: Our family schedule is very hectic. We had ordered a refill on one of our daughters prescriptions several days prior to it running out. I got the text message saying it was ready for pick up. I told my wife to try to pick it up when she was near the pharmacy. We both forgot. Three days later our daughter went to go take her medicine in the morning and she realized that she did not have anymore. And she started breaking down crying because she didn’t know how she was going to get through the day without it. As soon as the pharmacy open, I went up and grabbed it and took some to school for her. That was 45 minutes out of my day that I could’ve been doing something way more productive if I also wasn’t worried about a whole bunch of other little things going on too. I need you to control my life, and I’m giving the responsibility, the accountability, and the autonomy to help me execute my life to the utmost precision.

I have 5 other companies that I am involved in and dozens of other little projects. Yup, 5… and I’m hiring an EXCEPTIONAL Backend Marketing Manager to help me oversee all of these along with my family.

This job will be focused on this company I’m starting. You will become familiar with our PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS and likely be the one to execute the creation of these systems. You need to be dialed in. If you are dialed in then you will receive 100X more in value than the money you earn in this role. I appreciate you and so many other people around me all the time but those conversations seem to always go on in my head only, I think I had them with my team / staff / family / friends but didn’t, and then I go on to the next thing. So, if you need regular / consistent / frequent / attention and pats on the back you will need to tell me to do it. And I will tell you how much I appreciate you but I’ll also be honest. I will also focus mostly on what we can fix and what is going wrong more than what is going right. For most, that can be pretty hard to deal with I know! But this is an honest post… It is also where the most satisfying part of the role actually lies because you begin to connect disparate data points and fine-tune a well-oiled machine as you get exposed to dozens and hundreds of successful people that will join this program.

Job Responsibilities:

– Has in depth knowledge about marketing
– Have worked for somebody who has sold over $1m (USD) annually in products via ClickFunnels.
– Create technical and organizational aspects of the coaching program
– Onboard clients depending on the program level they’ve purchased
– Everything that prevents me from directly providing extreme value to my clients
– ActiveCampaign CRM & Automations experience
– ClickFunnels creation, copy writing, sales, from lead magnets through to selling $50,000+ 1:1 engagements at the top end of the Value Ladder / funnel.
– Zapier integration experience between these applications
– Have previously worked for a “coach” or in a coaching program
– Real Estate experience a plus (as I have another company where I raise capital from investors where your skills will be utilized next).
