We are looking for a rock star Sales Manager. This job is full-time, 40 hours per week.

?Role (Overview of the Position)?
We are looking for someone who can develop and execute a sales strategy, be able to set sales targets, build a team of sales reps and account executives from the ground up, and managing them to make sure that they all meet the KPIs.
?Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)?
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to target US-based mid-market manufacturers and distributors with a revenue range of $10M to $50M USD.
• Build, lead, and manage a Philippine-based sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and training Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
• While building the team, the Sales Manager will need to play the AE role.
• Set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, and monitor performance regularly to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Establish and refine the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to support sales efforts and maintain a consistent brand message.
• Leverage CRM and sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and measure the team’s performance.
• Foster a strong sales culture that encourages learning, collaboration, and healthy competition.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the digital commerce industry, competitor landscape, and market trends to inform sales strategy and approach.

?Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)?
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams in the digital commerce agency, software development / e-commerce services, or related industries.
• Experience working with mid-market clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets and growth objectives.
Salary: ?105,000
