We’re on the hunt for proactive and dedicated individuals to join our squad as a Virtual Assistant (VA) or Remote Personal Assistant for the CEO of our cutting-edge E-commerce skincare company based in Australia. In this role, you’ll be the right-hand of the CEO, flexing your organizational muscles and helping steer our ship towards success. Initially part-time, this position offers the potential to step up to full-time if you show us you’ve got the magic touch we’re after. We’re setting the bar high with screening tests for all candidates, as we’re seeking top-tier talent – a VA who’s nothing short of exceptional. Your attention to detail, communication prowess, and quick learning ability will be your superpowers, while adaptability will be your secret weapon in this varied role.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive virtual assistance to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Manage CEO’s email communication, calendar, and appointments, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Collaborate with the CEO to prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Conduct research and compile information for various projects, making the CEO’s decision-making a breeze.
Assist with personal tasks and errands, contributing to work-life harmony for the CEO.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Embrace the ever-changing nature of the role and switch gears as needed.
Uphold a high level of discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and courtesy.
A knack for building rapport and a positive demeanor, even in written exchanges.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or similar role is advantageous.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other virtual collaboration tools.
Strong organizational skills with a talent for multitasking and time management.
Reliable internet connection and equipped with necessary tech tools for remote collaboration.
Present yourself professionally. Even though you’re working from home take pride in your appearance!

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate during the initial part-time phase.
Potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance.
$100 Bonus upon successful completion of 2 month probation period.
