Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with our sales and operations teams, managing bids and crafting compelling proposals that align with our strategic objectives, client requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Find bids sites to register also to ensure we bid all opportunities
• Keep a master list in excel and crm
• Oversee the entire bid process, from initiation to submission, ensuring the delivery of competitive, high-quality proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance) to gather relevant information for bid preparation.
• Understand and address customer requirements and key decision criteria in bid submissions.
• Develop bid strategies and articulate compelling value proposition statements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological developments, and regulatory changes affecting our offerings.
• Manage bid communication, follow-ups, and provide feedback for continuous improvement in our bidding process.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Bid Manager or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Robust analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and bid management software.
• An understanding of the employment screening industry, especially the drug testing procedures and regulations, is highly beneficial.
