Job description:
A Bilingual Customer Service Representative is typically responsible for handling both Cleaning Professionals and Homeaglow Clients inquiries in more than one language. Your role will help sustain and exceed business growth and profitability by maximising the lifetime value of both our Customers and Cleaning Professionals.
Responsibilities:
Contact qualified and available Cleaning Professionals to accept cleaning requests
Connect with Customers to validate preferences if necessary
Assist Cleaning Professionals and Customers with basic account and service-related concerns
Keep a detailed log of calls and call outcomes, including those which were not answered
Report possible system bugs and submit process improvement ideas to help boost the team’s productivity.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Agent
Good to excellent English and Spanish both in verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
Preferred but not required: Outbound Sales Experience

As a Hybrid – Voice and Non-Voice CSR
5 days x 9 hours per week (45 hour work-week)
during day, mid or graveyard shift, Holidays and rotating rest days
Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech startup environment
Equipment:
Fast internet (at least 15 Mbps upload and download speed)
Processor: i5 or equivalent
RAM: min. 6GB
You will be required to have a second monitor (min of 24’ at 1920×1080 resolution) within 30 days from start date
What to expect (pay and training):
Base Pay of Php 83,000.00
with up to 30% incentives
Training: 2 weeks process and policy training
Probationary period: 4 weeks
