We are an insurance agency located in San Fernando CA.
We are looking for 1 Full time Bilingual Customer Service Representative who speaks English and SPANISH

It’s required that you speak both English and Spanish for this position.

Responsibilities:
– Work win-back lists to earn clients back
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to
ensure resolution;
– Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas;
– Managing agents calendar and handling in-bound calls
– Able to expand existing customer accounts;
– Tenacious follow up with customers, appointments, and tasks, etc;
– Must be adaptable and able to meet deadlines and targets;
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
– Generate sales leads by cross selling existing customers while on a service call
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
– Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications:
– Speaks Spanish and English;
– Typing speed 40 wpm;
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
– Computer savvy and good organizational skills;
– Self-motivation and self-starter;
– At least 2 years experience working in a fast pace customer service handing inbound & outboud calls

Able to work on weekends, if required. (OT paid)
