**What You’ll Do**
Our Client has been a well-trusted legal counsel in personal injury and workers compensation. We’re helping them find a skilled Intake Specialist fluent in English and Spanish, who can effectively engage with and sign up new clients.
As an Operations Agent/Legal Intake Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of initial client interactions, conducting intakes, and securing client commitments. You’ll thrive in our collaborative environment alongside motivated legal specialists, paralegals, and administrative professionals if you’re driven to go above and beyond for clients and the firm.
Your role will involve consistent client communication, adept phone conversations, and the art of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain consistent communication with clients
-Conduct extensive phone outreach to engage with prospective clients
-Showcase your closing skills to entice clients and secure their commitment to our services
-Utilize your language proficiency to connect with clients across Latin America
-Maintain a highly empathetic approach while adhering to intake guidelines established by the law firm

-Fluency in English and Spanish
