Job Description:

Responsibilities:
– Perform general administrative duties, including drafting emails, creating memos, and preparing communications in English and Spanish.
– Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring that reports and documents are completed in a timely manner.
– Assist with payroll processing and other basic accounting tasks.
– Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
– Answer phone calls promptly and provide courteous assistance to callers, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
– Prepare reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
– Provide support in planning and organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging necessary materials.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
– Fluent in both spoken and written English.
– Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
– Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in using computer software and office equipment.
