Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Virtual Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and medical staff. The role requires proficiency in handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing electronic medical records, all while maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Communication:

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in both English and Spanish.
Greet patients warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Provide information about medical services, procedures, and policies.
Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Appointment Management:

Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments efficiently.
Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Coordinate telehealth appointments and ensure patients have the necessary information and technology.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Verify patient insurance information and manage billing inquiries.
Process patient forms and documentation accurately and promptly.
Assist with the preparation of medical reports and correspondence.
Coordination with Medical Staff:

Communicate patient needs and requests to the appropriate medical personnel.
Ensure that medical staff are informed of any schedule changes or urgent issues.
Facilitate smooth transitions and follow-ups for patient care.
General Office Support:

Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
Manage office supplies and ensure that virtual office resources are well-stocked.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the virtual medical office.
