Bilingual Spanish Phone Sales Assistant

Job Tasks:
– Answering phone calls/texts from cliental
– Scheduling appointments
– Basic Customer assistance by text and phone call
– Cold calls to get referrals from our previous cliental in our database.
– Being the bridge between our team in the tire yard and the client on the phone, making sure the sale has the best opportunity to be completed.
– Manage the CRM and schedule.
– We will train you to understand and have the basic knowledge about tires necessary to complete a sales call.

Preferences:
– Fully Bilingual in Spanish. (We are looking for someone who can feel comfortable talking on the phone in Spanish.)
– Phone Sales or Phone Customer Service Experience

Pay & Hours
Monday – Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm (42 hours a week)
$600 a month Guaranteed + Sales Bonuses that should be between an additional $400-$800 a month.

We are searching for a fluent Spanish bilingual representative that can help take our business to the next level by taking good care of our cliental through the phone. We are a business that strives for excellence and his a big vision of growth.

By our name you may think we are a tire shop, but we actually don’t offer any services that a tire shop offers. We don’t do installation, we don’t do any mechanical work, all we simply do is sell as many tires as possible! We sell tires without installation which means the clients come, pay, and pick up the tires themselves and then take the tires to whatever local tire shop they want to go to. We do business very differently in that way and we pride ourselves on that! We have been in business for 4 years now and we average between $6,000-$7,000 a week in sales right now and that’s without having an amazing candidate to manage our phones for us. (That could be you!) We really are looking to take our business to the next level and we need your help to do that.
