Bilingual VA (Spanish & English Speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bi-lingual VA Screening Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with potential candidates for each positions most especially to Spanish-speaking candidates.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct first-round interviews with candidates both in English and Spanish but the main focus is with the Spanish candidates.
– Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.
– Identify top talent and match candidates with the most suitable positions, ensuring a high-quality talent.
– Evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria and provide detailed feedback.
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
– Collaborate with the hiring team to understand specific job requirements.
– Collaborating closely with our prescreening/scheduling team and hiring manager to achieve efficiency in selection process.
– Liaise with the hiring manager build a rooster of candidates esp. pool for spanish-speaking candidates.

Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
– Ability to conduct interviews in a professional and unbiased manner.
– Proven experience conducting interviews for all markets (local or overseas).
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in remote interviewing techniques and tools.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
– Knowledge of various market trends and recruitment best practices.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
