Bilingual Virtual Real Estate Sales Assistant (Spanish & English)

Full Time Virtual Real Estate Sales Assistant
I am looking for an organized bilingual sales assistant (Spanish & English) to assist with everyday tasks like:
– Making sales calls to see if potential clients are ready to buy or sell their home (this is the majority of the job.)
– Tracking calls, stats, and information for many leads / clients
– Translating calls for my active clients that speak only Spanish
– Updating my calendar
– Organizing my work email
– Scheduling and coordinating showings with me and my clients
– Pre drafting legal documents for me to present to clients
– Marketing on social media and answering messages that come in.
– Being very skilled in Spanish is a requirement. Must be able to have conversations on the phone in Spanish.
– and a few other tasks that we can discuss

Hours:
Full Time (41 HOURS A WEEK)
Monday-Friday: 9am-4pm (Colorado time)
Saturday: 9am-3pm (Colorado Time)
Sunday: No work.
You will make a total between $11,000 – $20,000 a year depending on how many clients you bring to us that we are able to get closed.

Pay:
Salary: $700 per month guaranteed
Bonuses: $500 for every client you bring to us that purchases a home, town home or condominium. / $150 for every client you bring us that purchases a manufactured home. With your help, after a couple months of training, you should be able to provide us with around 1-2 closings a month so you can assume that you are going to get 1-2 bonus payments a month after a couple months of training.

Vacation & Sick Days
First Year: Up to 1 week paid vacation – 1 week of sick days (2 weeks total to use for paid days off.)
After the first year: 2 weeks paid vacation – 1 week of sick days (3 weeks total to use for paid days off.)

My goals for your income:
– First year working with us my hope is that you make between $12,000-$14,000
– Second year working for us you should easily hit between a total of $14,000-$17,000
– Third year working with us you should be between $17,000-$20,000
– And it will continue to hopefully go up from here!
