Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billings & Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining our company’s financial health, ensuring timely billing, and efficient collections processes. If you have a knack for numbers, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
This role has a shift from between 12pm-9pm US Central Time each day (with an hour break in between)
Responsibilities
– Generate and issue invoices to customers promptly.
– Track and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
– Maintain accurate records of billing and collections activities.
– Communicate with customers to resolve billing disputes and negotiate payment plans.
– Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to streamline billing processes.
– Prepare regular reports on billing and collections status for management review.
– Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

– Organized home office setup, free of noise and distractions, with a dual monitor setup strongly preferred.
– Able to work from between 12pm-9pm US Central Time each day (with an hour break in between)
– Reliable power and internet connections, with backup systems in place.
– A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience in billing and collections, ideally in a retail or wholesale environment.
– Strong understanding of billing software and MS Office, especially Excel.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
– A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
– Excellent English skills, with the ability to make calls in English.
– Solid organizational skills; self-motivated and proactive.
– Ability to work with our US team via email, Slack, Zoom, and phone.
– A desire to learn and grow within our organization.
– Experience with SAP preferred but not required.
