Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the VA staffing industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate our services.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
Sales & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored VA solutions.
Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and influencers to expand our market reach.
Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Client Onboarding & Retention:
Work closely with clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and setup.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to maintain long-term relationships and high retention rates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and outcomes.
Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality VA placements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the staffing or VA industry.
Strong understanding of the VA staffing market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
